Digital downloads

All products are instant digital downloads. Because files can't be returned once they've been downloaded, we don't normally offer refunds for change of mind. Please read the product description and preview images before you buy.

Broken, missing or wrong files

If a file won't open, is missing, or isn't what the listing describes, contact us and we'll fix it: usually by sending a working file, a different format, or setup help. If we can't fix it, we'll work with you on a fair resolution.

Purchases made on Etsy

Orders placed on Etsy follow Etsy's own processes, including its cancellation and case system and its purchase protection terms. Message us through Etsy first and we'll do our best to sort it out quickly.
